We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in Heidenhain 530i control to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain 530i controls for 3-5 axis operations.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes.
• Perform machine calibration, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for process improvements.

Experience :

• Experience as a CNC Miller for 3+ years
• Experience with Carbon Fibre / Composite materials preferable
• Experience with short run items preferable
• Experience using Heidenhain 530i control
