VHR Global Technical Recruitment is looking for skilled and motivated Production Planners to join our client's dynamic production team.

This key role involves planning parts and capacity for our internal composite production, ensuring that all planning information aligns with project milestones and requirements.

The ideal candidate will play an essential part in our cutting-edge research and development efforts, as well as in our motorsport team in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan parts and capacity for internal production processes.
• Create, distribute, and maintain planning information to align with project milestones and requirements.
• Monitor deadlines and objectives, identifying risks and deviations from the plan.
• Assist in maintaining an engineering resource capacity overview.
• Coordinate with supply chain management (purchasing and production) to ensure timely part deliveries.
• Calculate costs for external customer projects.

What We Are Looking For:

• A technical background with proven experience in Production Planning, preferably in a motorsport environment.
• Hands-on experience in fabrication.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across matrixed teams.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, SAP, Teamcenter, or similar.
• Professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
