Licensed Engineer B1/B2 (Bombardier) – Base Maintenance

About the Role:

Our client, a leading base maintenance provider in the Mediterranean, is seeking experienced Licensed Engineers B1/B2 with Bombardier type ratings to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing and certifying maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Bombardier aircraft in a base maintenance environment.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with EASA/CAA regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Perform inspections, repairs, and component replacements as required.
• Certify completed work within the scope of the Part-66 license.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Work closely with other departments, including planning and quality assurance, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid EASA/CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 License
• Type rating on Bombardier aircraft (current or recent experience preferred)
• Previous experience in a base maintenance environment
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation
