Job Description

VHR is seeking multiple skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Technicians to join our client's world-class facility in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term contract or secure a permanent role within a leading aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal repairs, modifications, and replacements in line with industry standards.
• Carry out skin repairs and large structural modifications as required.
• Work effectively with engineering drawings and the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
• Ensure all tasks comply with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sheet metal experience, preferably in base maintenance (not essential).
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, repairs, and modifications.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and SRM guidelines.
• Right to work in the UK (UK Passport or applicable Visa).
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
