Job Description

VHR is seeking experienced Assembly Technicians for international projects in the USA and Poland for our client's end customer, a leading aerospace manufacturer.

The role involves assembling metal structures for large-scale industrial and aerospace applications. Candidates must have proven experience in metal assembly, working at height, and using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal structures weighing 200-300 kg at heights of 5-6 meters
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, hammer drills, and screwdrivers
• Work independently and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with the on-site team and company representatives

Requirements:

• Experience in metal structure assembly (bolted structures & steelwork)
• Ability to work safely at height
• Hand and power tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic Italian and English
