Position: Safety Senior Specialist
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Department: Safety Management

We’re hiring a Safety Senior Specialist to support and strengthen safety operations across SAR/EMS services. Reporting to the Safety Director, you'll play a vital role in managing the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring risk controls are effective, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, facilitating risk assessments, managing the hazard and risk register, supporting investigations, and contributing to safety training programs. You’ll also help analyze safety data, maintain SMS documentation, and collaborate with safety teams across bases and deployments.

Experience & Skills
• 4+ years in aviation safety
• Proven leadership in team environments
• Strong knowledge of aviation risk management and SMS implementation
• Familiarity with GACAR, FAA, and EASA regulations
• Technical expertise in aviation safety systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting tools
• Skilled in safety auditing, training, and communication
• Highly organized, disciplined, and committed to continual improvement

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Certified in SMS and aviation auditing (accident investigation and human factors training preferred)
