Paint Shop Inspector

VHR is seeking an experienced Paint Shop Inspector to join an aviation project on a 4 to 6-month contract.

This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of surface finish and paint application on aircraft components.

As a Paint Shop Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting painted aircraft components (e.g., fuselage sections, control surfaces, doors) for defects such as runs, sags, pinholes, or color mismatches

• Reporting and documenting defects in accordance with aviation quality standards

• Verifying compliance with OEM guidelines and industry regulations (EASA/FAA)

• Collaborating with painting and quality teams to ensure corrective actions are properly implemented
