Job Title: ERP Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Function: QHSE – Safety Department
Reports to: ERP Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Supervisor to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) across our operations. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices in emergency preparedness and response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of emergency response programs in accordance with relevant aviation regulatory standards.

• Develop and refine emergency response plans and incident-specific procedures.

• Lead emergency drills and exercises to evaluate and enhance response effectiveness.

• Monitor emergency performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks (GACAR and similar standards).

• Provide ERP training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP documentation and reports.

• Liaise with local authorities and external organizations during emergency events.

• Contribute to incident investigations and root cause analysis.

• Identify and assess potential emergency scenarios and associated risks.

• Oversee ERP equipment and resource readiness.

• Ensure legal and regulatory adherence to emergency response procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ERP readiness.

• Monitor humanitarian risks and communicate findings to leadership.

• Manage ERP project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.

• Advise departments on continuity and resilience planning.

• Respond to real-time incidents and assess appropriate emergency actions.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all related duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Safety Management, or a related discipline.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ ERP experience within the aviation sector.

• Emergency Management Professional (EMP) certification is required.

• Certifications in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services and Aviation Human Factors are a plus.

• Familiarity with GACAR and international regulations (FAA/EASA).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
