Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join one of our prestigious Formula One clients based in Northern Italy. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a world-class motorsport team, contributing directly to the performance and innovation of an elite F1 operation.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-precision, short-run components used in Formula One race cars. Working in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment, you will play a vital role in delivering parts that meet the strict performance, quality, and safety standards of top-tier motorsport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain 530i controls

• Machining complex components with tight tolerances

• Working with a variety of materials, including carbon fibre and composites (preferred)

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD data

• Maintaining accuracy and quality in low-volume, high-performance production

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC Miller

• Proficiency with Heidenhain 530i control systems

• Previous experience in motorsport, aerospace, or similar precision-focused industries

• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

• Must hold a valid EU passport
