An exciting role awaits an experienced Training Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of Part 145 training programmes across multiple UK sites, working directly with Boeing on the prestigious E-7 Wedgetail Project.

The Role
As the Training Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage Part 145 Maintenance Training Programmes, ensuring compliance with EASA, UK CAA, and MAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Boeing representatives to strategise and implement E-7 Wedgetail training initiatives.
- Coordinate the delivery of training across various UK locations.
- Oversee Learning Management Systems and maintain accurate training records.
- Design and deliver training materials that meet Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) requirements.
- Support the onboarding process, manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and liaise with external training providers.
What You Need
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 & Part 147 training and experience with MOE compliance.
- Proven track record in designing aviation or engineering training programmes.
- Background in military or aerospace manufacturing.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
Desirable:
- Train-the-Trainer and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) certifications.
- Quality Management System (QMS) and audit training experience.
- UK Ministry of Defence Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain it).
