Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure all required services for flights are arranged and delivered to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service to flight crews, passengers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee ground handling services for scheduled and ad-hoc flights.
- Arrange and confirm third-party services including catering, fuel, transport, hotel accommodation, and customs/immigration support.
- Monitor flight movements and respond to changes or disruptions in real-time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for flight crews and operators before, during, and after operations.
- Liaise with internal departments (Ops, Ramp, Cargo) to ensure seamless turnaround.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of flight information and service arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date records and logs in the flight operations system.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior flight support staff.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and continual improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in flight operations, ground handling, or flight support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with flight planning and operational systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service excellence.
