VHR Is hiring for our client, a leader in building custom Superyachts.   

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Production (Hull) for the construction of our Superyachts. 

Duties include: 

• Managing assembly workers, team leaders, work planners and quality controllers.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to the agreed delivery times, quality standards and budgets.
• Be closely involved in the planning and distribution of work on board.
• Monitoring quality and initiating improvements during the construction of hulls.
• Participate in internal and external consultations with project teams and external parties.
• Report to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned work and projects.

Requirement:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably with an education in shipbuilding.
• Relevant experience in shipbuilding is a strict requirement, preferably in yacht building.
• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a similar production environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for craftsmanship and quality.
• Knowledge of safety, health and safety and quality regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
