Quality Inspector – ITALY

VHR is looking for a number of Quality Inspectors to immediately join our esteemed Client, a leading motorsport company based in Italy.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for delivering their skills in the following tasks:

1. Metrology
2. CMM and Laser Scanning
3. Inspecting manufactured parts against drawings
4. Inspecting manufactured parts from 3^rd Party Suppliers

Mandatory Requirements

• Sound experience use of bench tools (micrometers, verniers, go / no go gauges, gauge blocks, etc.).
• Sound experience using CMM (preferably Zeiss or Mitutoyo) and / or measuring arms with laser scanning head (with software Polyworks).
• Knowledge of precision mechanics.
• Experience in reading technical drawing.

Desirable Requirements (Non Essential)

• Working experience in motorsport and / or automotive companies.
• Experience in materials and material treatments.
• Knowledge of non-conformity management and traceability concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• High flexibility, availability to work overtime and during the weekends, stress management

Additional Information

• The contracts start End of Aug/Beginning of Sept 24
