Our client is seeking a skilled individual with a solid background in CNC setting, ready to take on a hands-on role in their production team. Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines, ensuring accurate and efficient operation for production runs.

Perform adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain workflow.

Collaborate with operators and team leaders to meet daily production goals.

Ensure machines are prepped and maintained to deliver high-quality output.

Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC setter, or an operator with exposure to setting tasks.

Ideal candidates will have experience with 5-axis CNC machines.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.

Experience with exotic alloys is a bonus but not required.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Flexibility to work a 40-hour week across 5 days, with adaptable scheduling.
