V-HR Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing client to find an Experienced CNC Leader for their US site in South Carolina. Our client is searching for a skilled professional who can take charge of daily production planning, set up CNC machines, and guide a team of operators. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines, with a focus on 5-axis machining processes.

Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

Lead and mentor a small team of CNC operators, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.

Oversee production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent quality output.

Maintain a safe working environment and uphold quality standards.

Work closely with site management to drive process improvements and operational success.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist, with strong skills in machine setup and operation.

Preference for candidates with hands-on experience using 5-axis CNC machines.

Proven ability to plan production and lead others effectively.

A mature, dependable professional who thrives with minimal supervision.

Experience with exotic alloys is advantageous but not essential.

Availability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule across 5 days per week.
