QA Manager – Leading Aerospace MRO | Middle East | Permanent Role

VHR is proud to partner with a prestigious Aerospace MRO organisation in the Middle East, renowned for its innovation, excellence, and world-class maintenance capabilities in the rotary aviation sector. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly driven Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team in a permanent, full-time position.

This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the region’s most advanced MRO facilities, playing a key role in upholding and continuously improving world-class aviation safety and quality standards.

Role Overview:
As the QA Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations. You will oversee audit programs, manage quality systems, and act as the central point for regulatory liaison and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation’s rotary aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with national and international aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, GCAA, FAA).
  • Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory authority and customer audits.
  • Supervise a team of QA professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Liaise directly with regulatory bodies and ensure full compliance at all times.
  • Support safety management and risk mitigation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in aviation quality, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in rotary aircraft maintenance and MRO operations.
  • Strong familiarity with EASA Part 145 and/or other global aviation regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, audit processes, and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
