VHR is proud to partner with a prestigious aviation client in the search for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to lead strategic commercial initiatives, manage key global accounts, and drive sales performance across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute commercial strategy in line with company goals
• Drive client engagement and secure preferred supplier status
• Manage key accounts and build long-term, trusted partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Oversee sales contracts, budgets, and commercial operations
• Lead and coach a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in commercial, sales, or related roles
• 5+ years in the aviation industry (essential)
• Bachelor's degree (Master’s and PMP certification desirable)
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial, contractual, and communication abilities
• A proactive, strategic thinker with a customer-first approach
