Position: Composites Trainer (Manufacturing & Repair)
Overview:
Seeking for Composites Trainer with strong experience in manufacturing and repair processes for composite materials.
The trainer will deliver specialist instruction to students entering the defense and aerospace sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach theory and hands-on skills in composite layup, curing, inspection, and repair.
- Instruct on the safe use of tools, resins, prepregs, vacuum systems, and autoclaves.
- Develop lesson plans, practical assessments, and training documentation.
- Maintain high standards of workshop safety and learner discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in composites manufacturing and/or repair.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense or marine composites is desirable.
- Previous training or instructional experience (civilian or military).
- Proficient in composite technologies, tooling, and repair methodologies.
Preferred Profile:
- Recognized qualification in composite technologies or materials engineering.
- Instructional qualification or proven training delivery experience.
