Job Description
Job Duties:
Prepare the project execution plan as per project specifications & requirements
Performing contract administration duties, preparing project reports & attending project progress meetings
Co-ordination with project management team, contractors & subcontractors
Managing interior construction, Coordination, and Progress meetings
Must have strong understanding and experience of tendering & bidding, Project Planning, Quantity Survey,
Procurement, Project Management, Project Execution, Fit Out & Interiors
Strong knowledge of tendering & Bidding for the projects
Scheduling and Coordination.
Ensure project management and timely completion of the assigned projects in adherence to specifications of cost, quality and safety.
Upon receipt of a new project, devise a project implementation plan in consultation with managers.
Ensure that schedules are released to post contracts for approval on compliance to budgets.
Create all necessary micro planning documents for the scheduling and execution of the project, e.g. production plan, installation plan, etc.
Work closely with post contracts and planning team to identify project prioritization, devise implementation plan and micro level schedule.
Discuss the draft production plan with planning and factory teams to ensure mitigation of any scheduling conflicts.

Auto Cad, MS Office suite
Education:
Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Architectural, Interior Designing or relevant field
Required to have 10+ years of work experience in UAE / GCC
