VHR Technical Recruitment is partnering with an innovative Motorsport Simulation Hardware client based in Italy to hire exceptional Software Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using either C, C#, or C++ for advanced motorsport and simulation systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of key projects, contributing to the department’s growth and long-term vision.
• Work on pioneering technologies, with a focus on simulation, performance optimization, and system integration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in either C, C#, or C++ programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
• Passion for motorsport is a plus but not mandatory; a keen interest in advanced technologies is essential.
• Fluency in Italian and/or English.
• Demonstrated potential for leadership with aspirations to grow into a management role.
