Contract 12 Months +

Accountabilities

• Manage the complete BFE development process and milestones for Seats, Galleys, IFE, Connectivity, Lavatories, Stowage, Lighting, Cabin Systems, and external livery to ensure a world class Guest Experience, space and cost-effective cabin layouts and aircraft delivery to schedule.
•  Lead the reviews at the BFE and aircraft milestone reviews and ensure the entry and exit criteria are managed successfully, BFE provider and the OEM action items. Manage the BFE to BFE supply chain and ensure timely delivery
•  Manage the aircraft specification process with Aircraft Manufacturers and internal stakeholders like Flight Operations, Guest Experience, Guest Services and Cargo in order to establish an agreed aircraft specification.
•  Manage and coordinate the cabin installation process

Education & Experience

•  8-10 years of total experience including 5 years job-related experience in the field of BFE Development, Aircraft Programme project management, Airline Engineering and/or Product Development is generally preferred.
•  Sound knowledge of BFE development process including milestone deliverables and certification regulations
•  Strong background and skills in project management; experience in a multi-cultural working environment.

Position: Chemical Trainer 

Overview:
Seeking for Chemicals Trainer with a strong background in explosives, energetic materials, or chemical manufacturing.

This role is critical in preparing cadets for specialist roles in defense manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on safe handling, formulation, and storage of chemicals and explosives.
- Teach chemical processes, industrial safety protocols, and risk management.
- Provide hands-on practical training in lab and industrial environments.
- Monitor student performance and uphold safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience in chemical or explosive manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance.
- Proven training delivery experience, ideally in a defense or military context.
- Strong communication skills and a methodical, safety-first approach.

Preferred Profile:
- Degree or vocational qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or explosives.
- Previous military or defense experience highly advantageous.

Position: Composites Trainer (Manufacturing & Repair)

Overview:
Seeking for Composites Trainer with strong experience in manufacturing and repair processes for composite materials.

The trainer will deliver specialist instruction to students entering the defense and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach theory and hands-on skills in composite layup, curing, inspection, and repair.
- Instruct on the safe use of tools, resins, prepregs, vacuum systems, and autoclaves.
- Develop lesson plans, practical assessments, and training documentation.
- Maintain high standards of workshop safety and learner discipline.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in composites manufacturing and/or repair.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense or marine composites is desirable.
- Previous training or instructional experience (civilian or military).
- Proficient in composite technologies, tooling, and repair methodologies.

Preferred Profile:
- Recognized qualification in composite technologies or materials engineering.
- Instructional qualification or proven training delivery experience.

Position: Aviation Trainer

Seeking highly skilled and experienced Aviation Trainer to deliver technical training programmes at the prestigious Academy of Defense Industries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the next generation of aviation technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical aviation training modules to cadets and students.
- Develop and adapt course materials in line with curriculum standards.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Support the development of training plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Manage the receipt, classification, registration, tracking, and distribution of documents across departments.

• Maintain accurate records of controlled documents, including revision histories and version control.

• Ensure documentation meets compliance requirements with GACAR and relevant aviation regulations.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical document filing systems for easy retrieval and security.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed.

• Perform in-process measurements and quality checks to guarantee each part meets strict requirements before moving on to the next production stage.
• Work in a two-shift system (early/late), with attractive shift allowances. There are plans to move towards a three-shift system in the future.
• Develop into a versatile CNC Operator with ample opportunities for growth within our company.

Requirement:

• Proven experience working with Heidenhain controls, preferably including turning operations.

• Good command of English, as technical instructions are often in English
