Job Description

We are seeking experienced Charter Brokers to join a dynamic team of aviation professionals. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in private aviation sales who are looking to maximize their earning potential while benefiting from a supportive and resource-rich environment. This is commission only with commission rates of up to 65% for the right person.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by leveraging high-value leads.
  • Arrange private jet charters, sourcing the most suitable aircraft and negotiating competitive pricing with operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators/vendors to ensure seamless execution of charters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring all details of their travel are handled with precision and care.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with a back-office support team to streamline operations and focus on client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a broker or in a similar sales role within the private aviation industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of charter operations and private jet services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms is a plus.
